The vision behind Little More comes from four passionate hospitality professionals: Aron Watman, Daniel Wai, Dorian De La Mater, and Ryan Steckowski. With decades of experience spanning high-end dining, iconic nightclubs, and beloved local spots, they've blended their talents to craft something truly exceptional. Founding partner Watman, known for acclaimed ventures like The Brooklyneer, Hill & Dale, The Folly, and Cena Cantina, reunites here with Steckowski and collaborates for the first time with De La Mater and Wai.
